  Capacity  
 
 
The UNITAB packages are suitable for cold rooms ranging from 1.5 to 5 kW cooling capacity. The design conditions are for 50°C ambient and -20°C room temperatures.
 
  Coils    
 
The air-cooled condenser and evaporator coils are of staggered type and designed with 3/8” and 5/8” copper tubes, respectively. The evaporator coils are equipped with specially designed refrigerant distributors for optimum performance. The copper tubes are mechanically expanded to have maximum thermal bound with the aluminum fins.
 
  Electro Motors  
 
 
Electro fans have following features :
Axial fans with external rotor motor. Three-phases motor 380/50Hz with internally wired thermal contact. Installation class is B and protection class is IP54.
 
  Electric Board  
 
 
The electric board has the following features:

Adjustable automatic defrost cycle

  Special Features of Unitab Packages    
 
• Externally equalized thermal expansion valve is used for optimum superheat control.
• The low side refrigerant is pumped down before defrost cycle and compressor shut down.
• The choice of semi hermetic or hermetic compressors.
• Easy to install.
• Requires minimum space for installation.
• Minimum installation cost.
• Low vibration and noise level.
 
  Selection    
 
In order to select a suitable unit for a given cold room the following data must be known.
• Refrigerating capacity.
• Room Temperature.
• Ambient temperature.
To select a unit refer to the “ Quick Selection” table with the above mentioned data and simply select a unit to satisfy the required capacity.
