کویل های یونیت هیترها از نوع لوله مسی و فین های آلومینیومی صفحه ای است، که دارای بازدهی حرارتی بالا می باشند.

بدنه یونیت ها از ورق آهن با پوشش رنگ کوره ای (الکتروستاتیکی) می بـاشد.

الکتروموتورهای به کاررفته از نوع سه فاز بوده و موتوراین نوع فن ها دارای روتور بیرونی بوده، کلاس عایق بندی از نوع B، کلاس حفاظتی IP54 و دارای محافظ حرارتی در درون خود می باشند.

مسیر پرتاب هوا را می توان توسط دمپرها به دلخواه تنظیم کرد.

General Information

Coils are from 5/8" copper tubes with aluminum plate fins. Fins are mechanically expanded to have a good heat transfer bond with copper tubes.

Covers are made with iron sheets with electrostatic paint coating.

Electro fans have following features:

Axial fans with external rotor motor. Three phases motor 380/50 Hz with internally wired thermal contact. Installation class is B and protection class is IP54 .

Air flow trajectory can be manually adjusted via air dampers.

یونیت هیترها را میتوان توسط دو عدد قلاب از سقف آویزان کـرد.

جهت چرخش پروانه طوری باید باشد که هوای خروجی از طرف دمپرها به بیرون پرتاب شود.

فاصله یونیت از دیوار باید حداقل به اندازه ارتفاع آن باشد.

اگر یونیت از نوع آب گرم باشد، ورود آب از لوله پایینی یونیت و خروج آب از لوله بالایی آن است. در یونیت های بخار، ورود بخار از لوله بالایی و خروج بخار از لوله پایینی است.

هنگام لوله کشی حتمااز دو آچار لوله گیر استفاده شود، در غیراین صورت کلکتور یونیت صدمه خواهد دید.

بعد از لوله کشی و جریان آب ، یونیت های آب گرم باید حتما به خوبی هواگیری شونـد.

شیر هواگیری روی یونیت آب گرم تعبیه نمی شود و باید روی خط لوله کشی نصب گردد.

General Information

Units can be installed by two supports through ceiling.

Rotation of the fans must be in such a way so that the air is discharged from the damper side.

The distance between the unit and the back wall must be equal to at least the height of the unit.

For hot water unit heaters, water inlet is from bottom tube and the outlet is from the top tube.

For steam units, steam inlet is from top tube and the condensate outlet is from the bottom tube.

Always use two spanners to hold inlet/outlet joints when the tubes are being connected. This is to protect the joints from being twisted.

Use proper air vent on the piping.

Purge the units after they are filled with water. Pump(s) must be turned off.
